Custom Die-Cut Stickers

Get the most value from your artwork with our custom die-cut sticker sheets. We fit your designs onto a large 367 sq inch sheet (just shy of A2 in size) and cut each sticker to its unique shape. The number of stickers you receive depends on the size of your designs - the smaller the stickers, the more we can fit onto the sheet.

What's Included

• 367 sq inches of sticker space per sheet (approximately 16.0 × 22.9 inches)

• Up to 4 unique designs per sheet at no extra cost

• Individual die-cut stickers (cut through both the vinyl and backing paper)

• Custom sizing – tell us your preferred sticker dimensions and we'll optimise the layout

• Premium laminated vinyl for durability and long-lasting colour

Example: A sheet can fit approximately 48 stickers sized 7cm × 7cm.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure accurate cutting and the best possible results:

• Artwork must be supplied as a transparent PNG

• Files should be high resolution (300 DPI recommended)

• Each design must include a bleed area beyond the visible artwork edge to allow for consistent cutting

• Artwork without transparency or sufficient bleed may require revisions before production can begin.

How Ordering Works

1. Choose Your Quantity

Select the number of sticker sheets you'd like. Each sheet includes up to 4 different designs.

2. Choose Your Finish

Matte Finish
A smooth, non-reflective finish with a premium, modern look. Ideal for artwork that should be easy to view from any angle without glare.

Gloss Finish
A vibrant, high-shine finish that enhances colour and contrast for maximum visual impact.

3. Complete Checkout

Add your order to cart and complete your purchase.

4. Upload Your Artwork

After checkout, you'll receive an automated email containing a secure upload link.

Upload:

• Your transparent PNG artwork files

• Your preferred sticker dimensions (for example: 7cm × 7cm)

• Up to 4 designs per sheet

If you've ordered multiple sheets and need more than 4 unique designs, simply use the upload link again to submit additional artwork.

5. We Optimise Your Layout

Once we receive your files, we'll arrange and nest your designs to maximise the available sheet space and fit as many stickers as possible while maintaining your requested sizes.

Please Note: You’re purchasing a sheet of sticker space, not a fixed sticker quantity. The final number of stickers depends on the size and shape of your designs.
